The most fun I’ve ever had at work! - We opened this show in September 2011 and I stayed with this show for 2 and a half years because of it, moving with it to the Garrick. I even ended up stepping in and mixing a lot of the shows on the first leg of the UK tour! The sound for this show was epic and we had a rocking band. The silliness of the show kind of leaked backstage and there was a lot of naughtiness in the wings, which was sometimes quite distracting as we had one of the sound team in the wings each day mixing monitors line by line which is pretty unusual for theatre. Who doesn’t love a good bit of 80s power ballads/hair rock?!
